📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

🚚 Standard Shipping – Free

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping (curbside) on all orders.

  • Curbside delivery means items are delivered outside your home (e.g., driveway or front of building).

  • Customers are responsible for moving items indoors and any assembly.

 

🪑 White Glove Delivery – $249

  • Available for larger furniture items.

  • Includes in-home delivery, placement, unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal.

  • Flat fee of $249 per order, regardless of size.

 

📍 Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure doorways, hallways, elevators, and stairwells can accommodate your items.

  • Missed or rescheduled deliveries due to access issues may result in additional fees.
