Returns and Claims

At Elite Enclave Home, we want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return and claims process works.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom, special-order, clearance, or “final sale” items are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • This covers the cost of processing, inspection, and returning the item to our vend

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We can help coordinate shipping through our carriers if needed (fees apply).

  • Original delivery charges (including white-glove service) are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds (minus restocking and shipping fees, if applicable) are issued to your original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Damages

  • Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.

  • If damage is observed, sign the delivery receipt with the notation: “Damaged Upon Arrival.”

  • Take clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • Original packaging (showing exterior damage)

    • The product SKU/label

  • For standard delivery items, inspect all packaging for visible damage (tears, dents, crush marks, etc.).

  • Document any issues on the delivery paperwork before signing the proof of delivery.

Submitting a Damage Claim

  • To address damages or defects, please submit a report via our online claim form within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After submitting your claim, you will receive an email confirmation with a ticket number for reference.

  • Our team will review your submission, contact the vendor, and provide next steps.

  • If the item is deemed defective or damaged upon delivery, you will not be responsible for return shipping or restocking fees.
